Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët (/broˈtlɛfta/ /vrɛ/ [generic] [enemy; villain; rival]) is a subtropical Town located in Tukskrmību Zone, Zduvwachyhyëmgwë Diocese, within the Covenent of Irus.

The name Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët was founded by Jaime Pemosad, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Climate

Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët has a yearly average temperature of 23°C (73°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 19°C (66°F). Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët receives an average of 150 cm/y (59 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët covers an area of nearly 5 km² (2 mi²), and an average elevation of 4088 m (13412 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët was founded durring the late 13th century in summer of the year 1176, by Jaime Pemosad. The establishment of Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.

Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët is buildings are arranged arround a network of spacious packed earth streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët's cost-cutting-focused defences has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.

A look around Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring jsut long enough for it to be uncomfortable. Beneath this surface, the people of Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual.

Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.

Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët's natural decorations nor waterways.

Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.

Cultural Notes

Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its buildings being predominantly formed through the combination of basic geometric shapes. However, it shown in the detailing given to the structures such as its characteristic tall columns, intricate detail, symmetry, harmony, and balance in their designs to an astonishing degree of precision. Decorative elements for the buildings tended to be built into the structure itself, making great use of fluting, frescoes, inlays, and embossing.

In Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët rainbows form quite often above the Town.

The Spider, Scarlet (Tiny) near Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët are known to be more aggressive than normal.

Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves orgies to channel Wild Magic energies of tier 3 via chanting.

Economy

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century was ravaged by a deadly sickness. was the epicenter of the disaster, but Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët suffered the most. Brotlëfta Vrë Vrët lost 135 people, 293 livestock, and 81 buildings in the disaster.. The disaster is spoken of in hushed whispers as the Wrath of Hate.
